Query on B1-B2 Visa

Hi Friends,

I am holding a business visa valid for 3 years, which was sponsered by my previous employer. I have resigned and joined a new company. My new employer is sending me to US. Do i need to inform anything to US Embassy? Do i have to carry any document ? Kindly help me out.

No need to inform the embassy.
Just carry a letter from your host in US about your business purpose in US,
and a letter from your employer in India stating your employement status with the company and that they are sending you to US for----days, for------purpose. They may ask for these at entry airport in US.
