First of all I have to thankyou for providing such detail information on your website and keeping the same upto date.
It was only because of the same, my parents just got 10 year multiple entry Visitor visa to USA.
I am their sponsor and I am currently in US on L1A visa.
I had one more question for which I was unable to find answer anywhere and thought you would be best people who can guide me.Following is my situation:
Just after my parents were granted visa I was relocated by my company from Georgia to California.
So even if my parent employer is same, my address and client has changed in USA.
Hence the address mentioned by my parents on DS-156 is of Atlanta while now I am re-located to California.
Please advise if I have to submit any documentation to USCIS and also do I need to give a letter to my parents at POE.
Also please advise what is the best way to handle the above situation so that my parents can successfully enter USA from POE.
