urgent help needed -Question regarding overstay and expired visa

Hi :

have a qestion... My father came to usa on Visitor visa... due to personal reason he has overstayed.Hi I-94 got expired.
He is preparing to leave to india shortly. Have a question.
While leaving, will he have any issue or problem.. at the airport security check ?
can he leave normally ? Will this cause any problem to me after he leaves in terms of my VISA ?
Please advise ASAP,I am worried about both his case and mine too.
Please advise so i can book aticket for him.

DO NOT WORRY. THere is only security check while leaving . There is no manned immigration inspection so there won't be any problems. Anyway, they do not care as long as you are leaving US. And It will not affect your status at all.
