Visa for my parents and Sister

I am working for a software organization and was in USA for 6.5 month last year. (I have visited USA 3 times and returned back to my home county) Now my organization want me to travel USA once again from Jan 15th. I will be travelling with my wife on 15th Jan and after reaching there want to invite my parents and sister to enjoy holidays in USA (There is no way anyone of them want to stay there in USA !) My Father is businessman and mother is house wife. My father can show his business and tell VISA officer that he will have to come back as he has his properitory firm. My Mother has house / property in Mumbai and she can show that she is not selling that property and will come back. Before VISA interview I am also planning to buy return tickets for them. Problem is my sister has just completed her graduation in IT engineering and looking for a job in India. Now how will she prove that she will return back to India? Just because of some crazy people, VISA officer may reject her application. Can you please guide me what can be done under such case ?

they are not "crazy" people (VOs) -- the law says that everyone asking for a tourist visa is PRESUMED to be going to the US to stay....so, if somone of working age is unemployed, why would they go back instead of stay? Just because someone 'promises' they will? sure. And where is it in our laws that states such promises are enforceable???????????

Excuse me for being straightforward, but it is not a good plan for your parents' visa and you need to change it entirely.
But first of all I need to know, what visa are you travelling on and how long will be your stay in US?
