we are here on L1A Blankate since feb 2005.Our visa and petition is expired on dec 2005 but I-94 is valid till 2008(i.e., 3 years) as per the immihelp information initially L1A wil be approved for 3years of work permit so only on the basis of I-94 can i sponsor my in-laws.please let me know in detail.

In the sponsor's document it says if visa is expired then renewed petition but in my case the petition I797 is companies which is blanket but the I129 is expired . so only on the basis of I-94 which is valid for 3years(i.e from 2005-2008) can i sponsor my in-laws. I wanted to make clear, Please help me i am very confused.
