When to apply again

our parents visa got rejected, since i am only son, Dad retired, mom working. they didn't even look the documents. We are expecting a child, how soon can we reapply again. Any suggestions would be helpful.

You can apply right away, AFAIK. They should refrain from mentioning about your wife's pregnancy, this can be a negative thing.
