1. Can a person on a b2 visa get a state drivers linc. to travel the states while here visiting?

2. Can a person on a b2 visa go to a free English class at a metro to learn the language of the country the person is in.

3. Can a person on a b2 visa take care of the children of the family member for free while staying in the states?
