how old can teh sponsor docs be?

Is it ok for the bank letter, employer's letter to be more than 30 days old. i mean i was hoping to send the docs and then as soon as i get the dates ...my parents can go fo rthe interview...i mean this way if i wait for the dates to get released and then send the docs..i don'tthink there is enough time...Banks take 10 days to send letters and employer's take atleast 1 week to give letters...

Has anyone sent more than 30 days old docs..? would copies of the letters be ok? i could scan these later and send it?

I had sent docs 35 days old. It is better not to have more than 45 days old.
