Hi all,
I want to Thank IMMIHELP for all support .I did everything exaclty what u have specified.
I have a good news to share with u all ,my in-laws got visa from chennai consulate on thier second attempt .First time they rejected because my husband is the only kid for them and they are retired .And they didnt check anything last time .THis time they checked visitor documents especially PROPERTY PROOF ,BANK PASSBOOK ,FAMILY PHOTOS for 5 mintues .
Then they asked ,
How many kids do u have? --1
How long ur is being in the US? -- 10YRS
Then she asked ,why didnt u visit them in the last 10 yrs ? They said we have a big house ,land and a sick sister to taking care of ,so couldnt go .Now also we cant stay there more than 2 months ..
She said VISA GRANTED ....
Thank you all ..this is a awesone site ... One interesting thing the visa officer was a tamil speaking american lady ....
