Need help, visa was denied

Dear immihelp,

I'm wondering if you can help me to visit at any fees you can charge me because I kept my promise to my wife to take her to San Francisco I was the consulate of u.s. emb. here in the phils refused to approve our application for tourist visa last Nov 03 and Nov. 27 of 2006... We are so proud to presenting of our good going business here and properties but the consulate did not read and review our documents that we present when the acual interview to the glass window of their office i am looking for a very good answer for the to visit San Francisco, pls help me make my promise.....
