Hi,
I completed form DS156 for my mother online. When answering Q20:Are you employed or studying, I selected No. And it automatically protected all the address fields that followed and populated with NA.
After comfirming the apt, I printed out the forms to send it to my parents in India, and now I find the column 20 different than what I saw while completing the form. It does not have anything on that column. It is all blanks and I cant see the NA that it populated automatically. I checked the PDF format, from which I downloaded the form to print out. It does not have any information on column 20. Is this a mistake by me or the is that normal. While filling the form, the guidelines said not to leave any columns blank, or else the form will be considered not completed and rejected. So, I am a little worried now.
Please advice.
