I was trying to get appointment for my parents and I entered my Dad's information.. later I was trying to add my Mom to it... getting no interview dates are available even though there is one appointment available. Need help how to add my Mom?? Any Help is greatly appreciated

There probably was only spot available,so when you try to add your mom it throws a message "No interview dates available".
Note that if you book an appointment for your dad only then you will not be allowed to add your mom later, you have to do it together.
I faced the same problem.

I am also trying for appointment. I read that when we finish amking an appointment at the end it will ask do you want to add another person to this, where we can enter the second person details.

Can anybody tell if this is procedure to add the second person to the same appointment.

Start by entering the details for say you dad, in the 3rd or 4th screen you will get a "Add New Applicant" button , click it and enter the second person's details.

Important: If you finish making the application for only one person i.e book an appointment, you will not be able to add a second person .
So, make sure you do it together by clicking the "Add New Applicant" button.
Just in case you have confirmed the appointment for one person then you will have to cancel it and start again if you want them to go together.
