Emplyoment verification for visitors visa

I run my own business and currently i'm the only employee in my company.I'm providing my company's previous year's income tax documents as a proof of my income or emplyoment.
I'm not sure if Istill need to provide an emplyoment letter and paystuffs signed by me as a proof of my employment.

Just show that you are self employed. Show business registration in your name and show tax returns attesting to your annual income. NO need for any paystubs or letter because it is a one-man show.
