My Wife's Sister Family planning to visit US for Tourism

I am currently in US on L1 from Past one year with my family. My wife's Sisters family (Wife's Sister, her husband and their Seven Year old Son) is planning to visit US for tourism purpose for one month. They are financially well settled in India. They just want to visit US. I am in a dilemma on which option to choose
a) Myself Sponsoring the family
b) Self Sponsor.
Of the above two options which one has the better chance of getting Visa.

Self Sponsor is always a better option, that way they can show strong ties to india and should be enough to convince the VO that they will return
