      So here's what happened:

My father's interview was at 8:15 am on 31st Jan. He entered the consulate at 7:45am and after standing in the queue for a short time he went to the counter where they checked his application and matched it with the one we had already sent (for Mumbai Consulate u need to personally hand them the docs 5 days before the interview date) At the counter itself he asked for a Hindi translator so they wrote H on his application. Then after strict security check he entered the Main hall of the consulate and went for fingerprint. He sat down there for few minutes and at his name was announced with the counter number. He went to the interview counter and the interpreter was also there the VO (old lady) started
      asking questions(actually the series) :

      1) Why do you want to go to US?
Ans: I want to go to visit places in USA and to meet my family (daughter and
      Son-in-law).
      2) How long you have not met your daughter?
      Ans: Around 1 year.
      3) How long your daughter is in US?
      Ans: 3 and half years.
      4) Where you are working now and how long?
Ans : As Advocate in home town ( my father was Govt. Servant after he retired he started as a Lawyer), its been 3 years now
      5) Are u practicing alone or with someone else?
      Ans: With my elder brother
      6) What’s your annual income from all sources?
      Ans: YYYY X Rs
      7) How much pension u r getting?
      Ans: YYYY Rs
      8) Before working as an advocate what u were doing?
Ans: My Father said X position in Government job.
      9) When did your wife died?
      Ans: Feb 2006
      10) Whats your daughter doing in US and for which company your son-in-law is working for?
Ans: My daugher is working as X manager (I am on L2) and my son-in-law (L1) is working for X company.
      9) With whom do u live in?
Ans : I don’t live with anyone but my son and daughter- in-law lives with me ( This was funny coz I told my father to say it in a way that he's not dependent on anyone but others are dependent on him and he said the exact same word After this question she dint asked anything )

After these she said your visa is okayed u will receive your passport in 7-10 daysThere were 2-3 questions more but I don’t remember all of them I have to ask my Father. My father said that he tried to show her the supporting documents during the interview but she said she "I don’t want to see any documents. u can keep that aside"
My father said he answered everything truly with full confidence and it is all that Matters.

At 8:22am my father called me and gave me the news that he got visa. And Yesterday he received the passport with ten years visa

      Thanks to immihelp!!
