im sponsoring my mother for visotrs visa and in DS-156
the columne 37 where it has been mentioned that
Are any of the following persons in the U.S., or do they have U.S.Legal Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizenship
what should the answer be
my status is H1-B and i ahve not even filed for green card??

I have gone through this part and still i was not clear what to put in that column..
like.. do i have to select SON and type WORKING...
or is it only for US LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENTS???
Please help me and advise me

Write Yes and write Son, H1 Visa.
