regarding mentioning of house in the sponsership letter

Hi,
I am on my H1B visa and i have bought a house. My parents already got the visa for 10 years. Now i want to apply for in in-laws.
we had a baby in November 2006.
Now should i mention about the house in the form I-134.
Also should i mention about my new born baby in the form I-134.

Apart from all the above questions. i will have to also to mention that i applied for the visa for my own parents last year.

My parents came in Nov, 2006 and will be leaving in end of march 2007.

So please let me know what could be the possible solutions for my concerns.

Just concentrate on tourism aspects while sponsoring tourist visa.

Don't get distracted with unrelated items like house, baby etc.
