Hi ,
My aunt's visa got rejected the first time (214b). She does not have any children and she is a widow, and she stays with my parents and my grandfather.
This time I am trying again. Now the circumstances have been changed a bit.
Now She has bought a shop and is planning to do small business there. Also she runs various arts classes like painting, knitting.. cooking classes.. which I have not mentioned in my previous time.
Is this a good thing to state? What else can I do to increase her chances of getting VISA. She only wishes to come for 4 to 6 weeks. Her age is 61.
How do we make the officer believe that she is not an potential immigrant.
Thanks,
