Hi All,
I am currently in the US on a B1 Visa. I got my H1 - B Approved while I was in India. Due to time constraints I had to come to US on B1. Since I have an approved B1 Can I go to Mexico to get it Stamped.
I have lived in the US before and I have SSN and have travelled numerous times to US and have over 5 Stampings. Will this help? or is it that I should go back to my home country to get the H1 Stamped. Please let me know.
