Hi,
My parents got 10 years B1/B2 tourist visa. They came to USA first time within I-94 valid date they left that country. So no problem.
When they came second time, they stayed with me for 6 months we applied
I-539 extension for my parents one month before I-94 expired date.
We got the confirmation from USCIS application received, and receipt no by post. But still application in the process status.
But my father left USA after 20 days of I-94 expired date (still I-539 application proceesing staus), But my mother is staying with me still we are waiting for the I-94 extension approval/denied.
When my father left from US, In the Airport they have not taken I-94 card even though after they checked it. Now I-94 card is with my father.
Can you please advise me what I have to do, it is possible my dad can re-visit USA, and what is procedure now.
