HELP PLEASE. I want to visit another country.

I am 21 years old. I have been in the US since 5. I came with my family with F2 visa (my dad was F1). We recently changed to R1 and R2. Well, I want to leave the country for about 1 month in the summer. I want to go on missions, thus, I want to go to Cambodia and South Korea. What is the first step I need to take in order to make this happen? And will it happen by June?

Do you have an R2 stamp in your passport?
If not, what is the document you have showing that you are R2?

no, i dont have an r2 stamp. actually, my r2 is expired, but i filled out the form I-360 so i can get an extention. THe status of it is "pending". So i have that documentation that says I was r2.
