What is a good reason for not having visited before? - HELP

Hi ,
I am in the US for the past 8 years and I am inviting my parents for the first time.My father has a business and is above 60 yrs and mom is housewife.
My grandmother and brother live in India.

What is a good reason if the CO asks why my parents have not visited all this time. (We had a baby recently). I just want to make sure that they give a reason that has less chances of rejection.

Can they say that my brother was studying and he just got a job?

Thats a good reason. Did u buy a house recently? If so, they can mention that you are settled now and wanted to show your house and all.
