time limit to visit after getting 10yrs visa

Hello,

My parents got 10yrs multiple visa in january. I would like to know is there any time limit to visit US after getting the visa.

They planned to visit in April. But they came across some other important tasks. And they want to delay little more time to visit US.

If they have to visit with in 6months after getting visa, they want to reschedule their tasks.
