Mom Visa Rejected

Mom visa got rejected under section 214(b)
if i have to apply again for her, do i have to send all the documents again?
I Have gone through the https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visa-re...lication-tips/
i understood that i need to submit the letter to consulate
my only doubt is about the documents.

If she is apply very soon, you don't have to send all the documents again.

Only change may be I-134. It has a question "Have you submitted affidavit for someone before?" That answer would be yes. But if you already sponsored someone else before this, the answer would already be yes and same I-134 would do.

That I-134 was my first one and i dint sponsor before any one.
so that means i need to take new I-134 with that column as yes right???

Also, try to determine the reason for the denial. So that you can prepare your mother better next time.
If you post the ques and ans of the interview then may be someone can help you out in preparing for the next interview.

The Denial is basicallly because of in application marital status was divorced
she mentioned seperate and then officer aslked so seperate means divorce then mom said NO. thats a contradiction what she mentioned on the application and the answer
how can i get the real reason for the denial..
they just gave 214(b) thats all.
