Here is my case:
My mother in law visa got rejected in january 3rd week, I got the appoiintment again in march 2nd week.
She is a widow , has two kids , one (elder son) in india and daugther in US. First time they rejected saying as the reason of 214(b).
I dont have any change in the any of the status, expect making some financial document changes for ties related to india?
Is it risky to go in less than 2 months after 1st rejection?
