Is this normal? Visa stay question

I got my 10 yrs B1/B2 visa last october with no annotations and went on a training program to the usa and recently came back in the second week of jan. My question is, I've been issued a 3 months stay authorization at the POE and I exited one week before its expiry. My training program was for five weeks and I mentioned that in my DS forms while applying for the visa. I also told the IO at the POE that I would like to do some visiting after my training program which I did for another five weeks. So basically I was in the USA for 10 weeks. Does this come under a case of visa abuse?

as long as you left before the date on i-94 you are ok

I'm ok alright but will my next visit be under scrutiny for the reason I've said that my trip will last for only 5 weeks in my DS forms but went on to stay for 10 weeks?

No. Do not worry. When you are revisiting , they make sure
*you did not overstay the date on your I-94 during your last visit.
*And that your current visit is well spaced from the first one in view of your current purpose of visit.

The stay you mentioned in the DS form does not matter any more.
