  • Visitor visa for in-laws and wife's relatives

    Hello
I am planning a vacation with my in-laws and my wife's relatives.

My in-laws have been here before on visitor's visa. But this time i am also planning to call my brother-in-law. My in-laws plan to stay for 6 months while brother-in-law plan to stay for 45 days.

Should my in-laws go for the visa along with my brother-in-law??
Would it be difficult for my in-laws to get the visa if they are accompanied by my brother-in-law??

My brother-in-law is 24 yrs old, unmarried and working as a Network Engineer.

We are also planning to call my wife's aunt (mom's sister) and her family (her husband and son - aged 18). They run a business in india and want to come to US for two months and travel around.
Can i sponsor them?? Do i need any additional documents to sponsor them??

Ideally we would like my in-laws and these relatives to come around the same time so we can all visit places together. But is it feasible for us to sponsor them all at the same time?? How much bank balance do we have to show if were to sponsor them all?? Do they have a better chance of getting the visa if we sponsor them or if they sponsor themselves??

    thanks

    Hello,
I saw your post that I have exact same questions.
As your was from a while ago, I would like to know if you could do what you wanted to do with the relatives visa etc.
    Any advice would be great!
