Asking for translator directly in consulate..

Hi there,

Am sponsoring visa for my parents. My parents speak only 'Kannada'. So I try to book an appointment with 'Kannada' language selection. But, then it never shows any open dates to me and gives some error.
When I select language as 'English', it shows open dates for an appointment. So I am thinking of booking their appointment with language as 'English' and after going to consulate they can ask for translator. Will that be fine? Has anybody experienced this kinda problem? If yes, please help me. Please let me know how to solve it.

That's not fine. If you need Kannada, choose Kannada appointment whenever they are available. Otherwise, you may not get an interpreter when you go there.
