B2 visa for youngest child

My husband,myself and our eldest(4 y.o. at that time) got our tourist visas last year 2000.Last year 2004 we got a tourist visa for our second child(age 4).Now we're planning to get a visa for our youngest(3).Do you think we'll be having problems if all of us would be going to the States for a vacation? We have a business,bank accounts and real property to tie us to our country.Do you think there will be any reason for the consul to deny my youngest a visa? Thanks in advance for your help

Will there be no problem if my husband and 2 older kids go first then my husband will return after a month and me and my youngest child will follow.Then the 4 of us will come back.Someone has to stay behind for the business that's why me and my husband cant leave at the same time.Will the consul have any consern regarding this arrangement? Or is it best that we leave all together at the same time.
we have about $10K in our account.But we also have credit cards to fund our stay in th US.Do you think its enough?Thanks again for oyur help.
