have an L1-B but want to visit US to meet my GF
Hi,
I have been to the US on L1-B and stayed for 2 years. Now I came back to India last month and my company has extended my L1-B but the return date to US is after 2 months. I have my GF in US on L1-B and I wanted to visit her for a week.
* - Can I visit on existing L1-B even though this is not an official trip ?
* - Can I take a visitor visa and still retain the L1 as its needed for my future visit.
