    Regarding Labour Filing

    Hi,

    My visa is going to be expire in the month of April, 04th 2008. How long before that I must file a case for the Labour? Is it strictly 365 days before?
    My Employer is telling now a days the rule has been changed and even we can file after 365 days also.

    Please Help me out whether it is correct or not?
