Hi,

i took the appointment for my parents, but the issue is, at the appointment phase, i got only DS-156 form for in father and DS-156 and DS-157 for mother.

Dont we need to fill the DS-157 for both the applicants. I tried with creating new applications but i did nt get the DS-157 for my father.

Please clariyf if any one come across this.

I assume that your father is over 55 years of age and therefore is not required to fill a DS 157. And in that case the VFS website will automatically not provide you with a DS 157 form.

So you only need to worry if your father is younger than 55 and the VFS website has not been allowed to fill up the DS 157.
