Need help to sponsor my widow sister and kids

Hello everyone...
As the title says..I want to sponsor my Eldest sister who's husband passed away last year suddenly. I want to bring her just for a change including her 2 kids (14) and (13). Both go to schools and will be okay to stay 3 months. My sister too works for a government firm and should be able to get 3 months. My parents are also staying with her and taking care of each other.

I need inputs in what additional things she might require to make the vo convince she "will" go back.
Is anyone had a situation like this.

No additonal things; the focus will be on her current life situation. For widows it is harder anyway, and a recent young widow traveling without leaving any kids in India, in VO's view, is likely not to return.

It will be wiser for her to apply and travel alone first, for a short stay, for a possible function/ceremony at your end, and AFTER a year has passed since her husband's demise.
