Situation:
My girlfriend is in india and i'm on an H1 in the US for the last 9 years (filed for green card). My girlfriend has been refused a visitor visa (B1) twice in the past....the last time she got refused was 3 years ago.
Now, she wants to come to the US to see me and take the dental board exam part 1 & we're planning on getting married in dec.
Question:
Say if she tries for the B1 visa in June and gets refused again (this would be the 3rd time), later on could this have any effect on an H4 refusal after we get married?
