Mom's B2 visa got rejected - Any suggestions!!!

Hello,

My mom went for a B2 visa interview on march 26th and the lady just asked a couple of questions:

1. who is sponsoring u? Answer: My son-in-law
2. How long has he been staying in US? : 6years

Thats it, she said it was rejected under 214-b section. she didnt even look at the documents of my husbands or hers as she is working in India, she had somany documents ready.

So please reply me whether it would be helpful to apply for second time as i think its just bad luck.

Yes Sowjanya. You can apply again. But before that answer these questions so that we can suggest tips.

1. How many siblings do u have?
2. Where r they ?
3. You shud have sponsored if u r working. If possible yr mom can self sponsor.
4. Apply in 3 months time.
