General advice for B2 for Dad

Hello All,

I want general advice regarding getting B2 Visa for my dad.
My questions are

1. Is it good for me to say they are wholly dependent on me in the affidavit of support or is it safer to say partially dependent and make himalso show they have money which he plans to spend during their stay in the US (which is what it is in my case too). If I am going to be the sponsorer, how much money should I show in the bank? I mean how much is good enough?
2.Is there any other general advice/ important things during the Visa Interview/ preparing documents?
3. Is there anything I have missed out apart from the following : Bank stmt,employer letter, affidavit of support, paystubs,invitation letter,visa and passport document copies?

To my knowledge, for the affidavit of support your statement should b just fine. However, more important thing is the ties to India your Dad will be showing. You might want to send you tax returns for the last 3 years as well with the rest of the docs.
