i wuld like to ask u this is regarding visitor visa i have been rejected visa tht was in the yr 2003.now again am thinkin of applyin as a visitor visa.what precautions shuld i take this time.if u culd pls... help me.i am workin as customer support exe in one f the BPOs. my brother is in USA and he will be graduating nxt mth in may as he doing his MBA. he was thinkin he culd send me invitation letter so i culd attend his graduation ceremony basically to get visa on those grounds.(though i wuld like to go in september.) but only to get visa will apply right away mentioning above reasons.(is it ok doin tht way pls...help ,me what shuld i do.) i want to visit USA just for vacation purpose and to meet my brother. .pls...help me as to what shuld i do n prepare so tht i get visa this time. if the consulate asks me who is gonna support u.then wht shuld i say in this case.as my brother is gonna start workin in july . and i wuld like to visit in sep07.shuld i apply for visa right now or shuld i wait till he starts working. what shuld i do .how shuld i go bout it.
