Visa rejected for my Mom..

Hi All ,

I need some assistance regarding reapplying visitors visa for my mom.... The cause for her 1st rejection was "due to the sudden increase in bank balance".
Can anyone please assist if she can take off the bank statement from the document she going to carry the second time?

Apart from the bank statement she carried all the property docs which they dint even take a look.
