Is it too early?

My mom got her 10 year multiple entry B2 visa from Mumbai consulate in Sep 2006, and then she came to the US to visit me and stayed here for 68 days(even if she had gotten 6 month at the POE) and went back. Now she is coming back on April 27. Is it too early for the second visit. Would there be any problems?

should not be a problem, since she left timely. I am assuming from the dates you mention that she left sometime late Dec or early January.
