Interview Availability dates

Hi,

I am checking interview wait times for Mumbai on this page

http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/wait/tempvisitors_wait.php

and it shows 10 days. However, when I go on vfs-usa.co-in and check for Mumbai dates nothing is available in April. This means the wait time is more than 10 days? Should I keep on checking the available dates or assume there is discrepancy and the latest available dates are in May?

Manig, If its for English you will have dates in April. But if its regional language, people grab them as soon as they are released. Keep checking the website. VFS releases dates on weekly basis (ie they release 1 week of regional language appointments every 2 weeks or so). Check early morning timings(US).
Sometime u can also grab the dates which are Cancelled by some one else.

Thanks for your response. However, I cannot see any open dates for april at all. Only if I see open date I will be able to move ahead with scheduling interview. Yes, its going to be regional language interview for my mom. She speaks and understands english but has problem with american accent. To be on safer side I want to take regional language help.

I'll keep on checking early morning (US time).
