Father's visa rejected thrice

My parents tried for visa the first time in January. Both me and my sister are in the US. So, we sent them seperately the second time around and my mom got visa and my dad got rejected. My dad tried again but he got rejected again. Here are the details of the interviews and it would be great if anyone has any suggestions on how to go forward with my dad's visa.

Interview 1 (parents attended together):

Do you have any kids in india - No (both rejected)

Interview 2 (mother):

Job details - she works as lecturer in a college. She got the visa

Interview 2 (father went next day):

Job details - He works in a private firm.
Will both of you go together - My wife may not come because she didn't get leave.
VISA REJECTED

Interview 3 (Dad only):
Will both of you go together - Yes, if I get the visa
Whats your son doing - in the US and married
Whats your daughter doing - in the US and married
VISA REJECTED

If anyone has any suggestions on how we could prove that he is going to return to India, please help us.

Three interviews and 3 rejections in 3 months is a really bad score. When your father was rejected twice and there was no serious change in circumstances it was a very bad mistake to apply a 3rd time within such a short duration. What he did when he applied the 3rd time was that he showed how desperate he was for a visa and that does not help him prove his intention to return.

Also VOs are not fools. They understand the strategy of having one parent apply at one time after the parents have attended an interview together and have been rejected together.

What to do next? Well, please wait at least one full year before you have your dad apply again.

In the meanwhile have your mum visit you. When your father reapplies one year from now he can use her visit and her return to India to prove your parents' ties to India and his own intention to return.
