My mother-in-law and father-in-law applied for VIA at the end of fenruary and they were refused based on 214(b)(Potential immmigrant). Later within 20 days i reapplied for my Mother-in-law alone and she got the VISA. Lot of guys mentioned, it will be difficult if we can try immediately and suggested to wait for 3, 4 months but she didn't face any probelms..These are the questions which we faced second time..Just wanted to share so that it may help somebody
1.Who is in USA(daugther and son-in-law)
2.What does your son-in-law do.(software enginerr)
3.How many kids you have altogether.(3 of them , elder married and have two grand douther, one in USA is the middle one and younger is studying)
4.What do you do here.(Agricluture)
5.what is your income in INDIA(good enough)
6.Your visa was refused initially.Why you came within 20 days(Initially since it was very first time, i could communicate properly)
