I am on H1 visa here in US. Its been like 4 months since I joined a job. I am planning to get my parents here on visitor visa. I have been preparing documents for the same. My company did not give me a W2 form this year because they said I will not qualify for one this year, but will get one for the next tax year. I will not be able to provide any documentation on my tax returns for my parents visitor visa. Is this going to be an issue?

There are absolutely no certainties or guarantees with the visa interview process. The absence of tax documents might be overlooked by the VOs. But on the other hand, VOs could ask many questions about why the applicants are so determined to get to the US before the sponsor has fully settled into his/her job.
My personal opinion would be to wait until next year to apply for a visa. After all, what is the big hurry in getting them here? Why unnecessarily risk rejection?
Anyway, you will have to show $10 K in your account to sponsor both parents. Do you have that kind of money to show in 4 months of work?
If you are absolutely adamant that your parents have to visit you this year itself then try to see if they can self-sponsor. That way your income or tax documents will not be necessary. Once they get their visas it doesn't matter if you cover the expenses of their trip.
