Hi All:
My parents got rejected for visitor visa on April 18th. They reason they gave is 214(b).They showed 5lakhs and other property papers. I am not sure whether they showed enough bank balance also. They would like to reapply for the visa. Howmany days they have to wait for reappy. Do they need to pay the visa fee again.
I would like to get married in USA. The guy is on H1b visa.Can he sponsor them. Can my parents tell in the consulate that they want to attend my marriage.
Please advice me. I appreciate any kind of help.
