B2 visa for parents

Hi,
My parents are appearing for a B2 visa at the mumbai consulate on 4th may.
Can someone advise whether it is advisable or not to take translators at the visa interview?
Is it a disadvantage?
If we are too arrange a translator whats the procedure to schedule it?

There are pros and cons either way. There is no clear.

Bottom line, take translator if you need one.
