doubt regarding birth and marriage certificate

My husband is sponsoring my parents so here r my doubts

1.Do we need to send our original marriage certificate?
2.My birth is not recorded so my parents took no-availability certificate from the municipality now do i need to send original Xth certificate or the xerox one???
