Ask them what questions were asked and what answers were given.

    Post them here.

    Also, provide the following info;
*How many children do they have?
    * How many in INdia and how many in US? Married or single?
*What do they do in India? What is their annual income?
    * What is your visa status in US?

        B2 visa got rejected

They have two daughter, my wife is elder and her younger sister studying Btech final year in India - not married)

My father-in-law is pawn broker - his annual income is around 5lakhs.. he prepared affidavit for the property amount of 30 lakhs.. he did't mention all his propertis in the affidavit due to income tax problems..because he did't have PAN number .. he only pays professional tax around 2000 per annum to ACTO.. please suggest what to do.. is that amount is suufficient to show in affiedavit...

It is better to change the affedavit? or go with the same affedavit second time also?

or it is better to take all the property details on CA letter head?

VO did't asked about the other family members..just asked the following questions.. while answering the details about property he asked to go..

actually my father-in-laws mother also is there... that is also strong tie ups they have ...

        please suggest.....
for sending them second time.. what changes to documents to be made.. i am planning to send them once again in next month..

my visa is H1 got extended valied till 2009..

Please keep in mind that documents have only little importance in getting Visitor visa. Preparing all those affidavits again is not necessary.

Since they seem young, and your FIL is occupation and income are not good
"ties" to home country, they will always be suspect not to return to India.

I strongly suggest only mother should apply.
Do not rush it and reapply after one month. work with patience. Let your FIL
file income tax, show more income, register his occupation , it will be easier
for your MIL to get a visa.
