parents got visa- thanks to immihelp

First of all I would like to thank Immihelp and all the members of this forum who helped me imensely through the whole process.My parents got 10yrs multiple entry visa in the first attempt.
appointment date : 26 April,2007
consulate :Chennai
sponsor : my husband
status : dad is a lawyer/ mom is a house wife
1 unmarried sister working in chennai
questions :1.how long are you practicing as a lawyer?
2.how many active case do you have?
3.what does your son-in-law do?
4.where does he work?
5.what is your son-in-law's salary?
6.when did your daughter come to usa?
7.how many children do you have?
8.how long do you want to go to usa?

They said that the V.O was very jovial and friendly
I really thank immihelp and everyone who helped me prepare all the documents through this forum.
I would like to thank the Immihelp administration for the detailed description of the whole visa proceedure.I just have one suggestion for the admin dept.-if you can just mention at the bank verification letter section of the sponsor document that some banks may take a while to process the letter and hence we need to prepare that early so that people will be well aware of that since we did not receive the letter on time.even though we managed to send it i thought it will be of great help to others if it is mentione.

I dont think Bank verification letters take too long to obtain. I just got my bank verification letter off the desk at a citibank financil centre. It dint take more than 1 minute and also was free of charge. It is best to approach the local bank rather than order one over phone. Also, from my experience the ones ordered over phone always look no better than a faxed letter.

we had to pay $ 30 and wait 2 weeks to get a letter from bank of america
