Visit Canada - H1 VISA Transfer

Hi,

My H1 VISA is stamped last year in India and it is extended for 3 years. Recently, 15 days back, I changed my employer and all my paperwork is submitted for H1-VISA transfer.

Now, I want to go to Canada for visit. Can I go? Please guide.

Yes but keep some proof that the transfer application has been submitted eg. receipt etc.

As long as H1 stamp is valid and you still have a job to go to maintain ur status you can travel outside the country.
