how to find reason code for visa rejection - scenarios - Pls Respond

My uncle went for visa interview and his b1 visa was rejected. They didn't know the reason why their visa got rejected. Is it possible anyway to find the reason why the visa got rejected. So that, it helps me to correct the problem and apply in the future.

any ideas ??

*Did they not give him a denial sheet showing the reason?
*The most common reason is 214b --inability to show that you will return.
*The other reason is 221g--- request for some document or some administrative processing.

If he was not given a sheet, most likely it is 214b.
